The multilevel-noise-reduction HPHT electric control valve (GKV1600H-1500LB-2’’) and the HPHT drain globe valve that was offered by our company is perfectly applied on the blowing system of 2 x 300mw steam turbine and thermal generator system In Zaozhuang City, Shandong.

Advantage of the multilevel-noise-reduction electric control valve:

1) Anti-clogging: a.The K-Trim’s exit cross-section size is the same as the K-Trim’s entry cross-section size for circulation. The big particle can’t go in, also the small particle can’t stay inside.

2) Anti-scouring: After the circulation is go through the K-Trim’s multilevel-reduction, the liquid speed of flowing through the sealing surface is controlled at 20-30m/s, and the air speed is controlled at 80-100m/s.

3) Low noise: After the fluid is go through the multilevel-reduction, the speed of flowing through vent and the seat is lower, and the noise is reduce at the same time.
